Now, before we go on, let me introduce myself. My name is Peter Novak and I used to have the same problem you are having. I used to be tired all the time and I had no idea why – my job wasn't very tiring and I was getting lots of sleep. So why was I always tired? When I asked people what to do, they said things like: “Get more sleep”, “Drink some coffee”, “Have a red bull”… Someone even said: “There is nothing wrong with you – you are just lazy”.
